Shipping Policy

If the item is in stock, your order should be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment on weekdays. Delivery usually takes 1-5 days, depending on the destination and courier. In the event of unforeseen occurrence, the processing of your order may be delayed. However, we guarantee that your order will be processed quickly. Espago home will take all reasonable precautions to protect the product from damage in transit. However, product damage may occur during transit from the shipping facility to your home or business. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@espagohome.com within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (system not working), take digital photographs, and provide us with detailed evidence of the damage. This helps us process damage claims upon delivery to the shipping carrier.We currently offer free shipping within Nigeria and The United Kingdom and do not Ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.Delivery to remote areas attracts additional shipping cost,If we find that we cannot deliver to the address you entered, your order will be canceled and you will receive a reminder email. Your payment will be refunded within 7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return or exchange it after delivery within the allocated timeline, please read each product additional information carefully, as they differ from country to country. Please note that all returns must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with all packaging, labels and tags intact and attached to the item.Otherwise, the product may not be returned.

To request a return, exchange or refund, please email support@espagohome.com. Please state the reason for the return and attach a photo or video of the item. Once your request is approved, we may request a tracking number for your item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded or refunded. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items to Espago Home. If the item cannot be shipped, we will create a return label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment (excluding shipping charges).If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours and before the item is dispatched that same day to receive your refund.
