If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with all packaging, labels and tags intact and attached to the item.
Product returns:
We understand that an item may not meet your needs or simply not match your decor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. For all eligible returns, merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with labels and tags intact. Otherwise, the product may not be returned.
To request a return, exchange or refund, please email support@espagohome.com. Please state the reason for the return and attach a photo or video of the item. Once your request is approved, we may request a tracking number for your item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded or refunded. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items to Espago Home. If the item cannot be shipped, we will create a return label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment (excluding shipping charges). Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Order Cancellation Before item has been dispatched:
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours and before the item is dispatched that same day to receive your refund.
To cancel your order immediately, please contact support@espagohome.com or call support. Provide your order details such as order number, recipient name and email address. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Canceling an order after it has been dispatched:
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order but before the item has been delivered, you will receive a refund less a flat restocking fee of £15. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, your refund, less a flat recall fee, will be credited to your original payment account within 7 business days.
Product returned:
You can request a return label for all returned items. In order to prepare for the return, please let us know one of the following return reasons in advance. we would need photos and videos of the product and packaging.
Defective product:
If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, we will promptly resolve the issue. Please contact support@espagohome.com before returning any item.
I received the wrong item:
We follow a careful selection procedure to ensure that each item in your order is correct, but occasionally errors may occur. You can keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you free-of-charge return shipping label. Once you have sent item intended to be returned, please email us at support@espagohome.com with your order details. At your request, we will either send you the correct item or arrange a refund.
Items damaged in transit:
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive in perfect condition, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us at support@espagohome.com. We will work with the shipping company to expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier and request a refund after receiving confirmation.
Lost or Missing Items:
If your package is lost or appears to be lost, please email our Customer Service team at support@espagohome.com with your order number and tracking number. You will now be able to initiate a claim for your lost package. This claim will help you recover lost or missing packages. Once this process is complete, it will take up to 7 days to receive official confirmation from the shipping company.
warranty
A 12 month warranty is provided on all of our electrical products therefore in the unlikely event you ever need to use the warranty; we will cover all labour and parts. The buyer must cover the returns cost and provide tracking information. Our warranty policy is to try fixing the item before arranging an exchange or refund. We will cover redelivery costs.
1. Contact our Customer Care team support@espagohome.com to obtain a return reference number.
2. Once returned, our engineers will work on fixing the purchased item. Only if the item is in an unfixable condition will an exchange be arranged. If no suitable replacements can be offered we will offer a full refund.
3. A member of the Customer Care team will make contact to arrange the returns process.
Please note: Returns will not be processed without a valid returns reference number. For non-electrical products, a 30 day returns policy is provided therefore in the unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged or in non-working condition we will arrange an exchange free of charge.

2. We will arrange for a collection of the original item and replace it with a new one.
3. A member of the Customer Care team will make contact to arrange redelivery.
