Espago home will take all reasonable precautions to protect the product from damage in transit. However, product damage may occur during transit from the shipping facility to your home or business. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (system not working), take digital photographs, and provide us with detailed evidence of the damage. This helps us process damage claims upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

1. We ship products throughout the UK with the exception of the Channel Islands (such as Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Shetlands, the Scottish Isles and some remote areas (such as Mallaig).
