- If the item is in stock, your order should be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment on weekdays. If you order multiple items with different shipping timeline, they may be dispatched separately. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days, depending on the destination and courier. In the event of unforseen occurrence, the processing of your order may be delayed. However, we guarantee that your order will be processed quickly. Espago home will take all reasonable precautions to protect the product from damage in transit. However, product damage may occur during transit from the shipping facility to your home or business. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@espagohome.com within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (system not working), take digital photographs, and provide us with detailed evidence of the damage. This helps us process damage claims upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Methods & Procedures
- All orders are shipped out via DHL,Top ship,GIG etc. or local dispatch couriers.
- We ship products throughout Nigeria except some remote areas .
- If we find that we cannot deliver to the address you entered, your order will be canceled and you will receive a reminder email. Your payment will be refunded within a few business days.
- In some cases doorstep delivery might not be avaliable(for customers living outside Lagos) ,in that case you might have to go pick up your item at a collection point close to you.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order notification to confirm your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification containing your order number, carrier information, date and time of your order, order status, for your shipped item depending on the courier. To know the exact location of your shipment, please contact support.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it within 3 working days after delivery. Please note that all returns must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with all packaging, labels and tags intact and attached to the item.
Product returns:
We understand that an item may not meet your needs or simply not match your decor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish for a refund, you have 10 working days from the date of delivery to request a return and exchange. For all eligible returns, merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with labels and tags intact. Otherwise, the product may not be returned.
To request a return, exchange or refund, please email support@espagohome.com. Please state the reason for the return and attach a photo or video of the item. Once your request is approved, we may request a tracking number/delivery detials for your item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items to Espago Home. If the item cannot be shipped, we will create a return label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment (excluding shipping charges). Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours and before the item is dispatched that same day to receive your refund.
To cancel your order immediately, please contact support@espagohome.com or call customer service. Give your order details such as order number, recipient name and email address and your refund will be processed within 7 business days.Defective product:
If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, we will promptly resolve the issue. Please contact support@espagohome.com before returning any item.
I received the wrong item:
We follow a careful selection procedure to ensure that each item in your order is correct, but occasionally errors may occur. You can keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you free-of-charge return shipping label. Once you have sent the item intended to be returned, please email us at support@espagohome.com with your order details. At your request, we will either send you the correct item or arrange a refund.
Items damaged in transit:
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive in perfect condition, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us at support@espagohome.com. We will work with the shipping company to expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier and request a refund after receiving confirmation.
Lost or Missing Items:If your package is lost or appears to be lost, please email our Customer Service team at support@espagohome.com with your order number/delivery details.You will now be able to initiate a claim for your lost package. This claim will help you recover lost or missing packages. Once this process is complete, it will take up to 7 working days to recieve official confirmation from the shipping company.
